Your projects will automatically appear on our various communication media:

digital calendar of events, which can be consulted online and/or downloaded
paper agenda available on request from the office reception desk
children’s activities leaflet (published during school vacations only)
touch-screen tablets freely available at the office reception desk

Showcase your projects in complete autonomy

Until now, only team members could enter information in the national APIDAE database. With the “Apidae Event” solution, you can now promote your event on your own.

1Fill in the online questionnaire

In just a few minutes, fill in the information requested about your event

2Generate your card

Once you have completed the questionnaire, your answers will automatically generate a standardized Apidae form.

3Rapid validation

As soon as we are informed, our team checks the information submitted and validates your file.

4Publication

After 24 hours, your event will be broadcast and visible on our various communication media (website, virtual and paper brochures, touch screens, etc.).

5Check

Please create only one form per event and per location.

If your event takes place over several days, please create a single form and specify the dates in the “event date” field, e.g. April 4 to April 6, or April 4 and April 6, depending on your event.

If your event takes place in several locations/communes, please create one form per location.

To validate your event, check the “I’m not a robot” box at the end of the form. A green “register this event” button will appear. The form disappears. Go back to the top of the page to check that your animation has been registered (a green confirmation box has appeared).
