Every year, the town of Arpajon-sur-Cère celebrates a local culinary staple: truffade, a tasty potato and cheese dish. This festival, dedicated to local gastronomy, attracts visitors from all horizons to celebrate this Auvergne culinary tradition together in a friendly, festive atmosphere. The Fête de la Truffade is organized by the Association des Commerçants et Artisans, the Comité d’Animation, and the Municipalité d’Arpajon-sur-Cère.
