The Echo Paysan Farm Shop

Amongst our offers, we sell pure-bred Salers beef and veal produced by Anaïs and Romain on their farm in Sansac-de-Marmiesse near Aurillac. They also run the shop and the team is on hand to guide you in your choice of locally-sourced pork, lamb and poultry.
