The Pays d’Aurillac Tourist Office, classified as category III on January 1, 2014, and belonging to the Réseau des Offices de Tourisme de France, is committed to its customers and partners to:
– Provide an easily accessible reception and information area.
– Make it easy for customers to do business with us.
– Provide furniture for customers to sit down.
– Provide free information on local tourist attractions.
– Offer free wifi access for a maximum of one hour per day per user.
– Display and publicize its opening times in at least two foreign languages.
– Be open at least 120 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays, during tourist or entertainment periods.
– Respond to customer correspondence all year round.
– Provide a permanent reception service staffed by people who speak at least one foreign language.
– Provide maps and tourist guides in hard copy.
– Provide access to its dedicated bilingual website, adapted for consultation via on-board media.
– Distribute tourist information on paper, translated into at least one foreign language, on :
– all classified tourist accommodation, including at least the name of the establishment, postal address, e-mail address, website address, telephone number and classification level;
– cultural, natural or leisure monuments and tourist sites, which may include information on prices, opening times, website, telephone and postal contact details;
– events and activities
– emergency telephone numbers.
– Update tourist information annually.
– Display emergency telephone numbers outdoors.
– Update data on the tourism offering in the geographical area in which it operates.
– Handle customer complaints and measure customer satisfaction.
– Comply with the requirements of the Qualité Tourisme label.
– Provide a travel consultant.
– Guarantee reliable, up-to-date information on the local tourist offer.
