First of all its unique selection of farm cheeses from Cantal, the 5 quality-guaranteed cheeses - Cantal, Saint-Nectaire, Fourme d’Ambert, Bleu d’Auvergne and Salers -, goat cheeses, Cantal cured hams and other regional products.
Dairy products have a place of honour with yogurts, cottage cheese, unpasteurised milk, farm butter, cream, bourriols (buckwheat crepes, speciality in Auvergne)…all these products in direct provenance of farms. Come and discover the aligot and the truffade made by an artisan of Aveyron.
All cured hams and meats, such as the dry sausage that was awarded gold in Paris in 2015, come directly from the plants located in Cayrol and Laroquebrou.
Wines, regional aperitifs, jams and honeys complete its products’ range.
